Beta Partner Agreement

1. What LenderSpark Provides

Full access to LenderSpark.ai platform during beta period (3 months minimum)
White-glove onboarding session with founder (30-45 minutes via Zoom)
Priority support with same-day response guarantee
Direct communication channel with founder (email/text)
Beta pricing locked in for 3 years ($29/month vs $99/month retail)

2. What Beta Partner Agrees To

Active platform usage as part of regular business operations
Periodic feedback via check-in calls or voice/text (approx. 10 min/week)
Honest, constructive feedback on features, bugs, and user experience
Permission to use success metrics/quotes in marketing (can be anonymous)
3-month minimum commitment at $29/month ($87 paid upfront at signing)
Use the Platform only for lawful mortgage lending and CRM purposes

3. Data & Confidentiality

Your data is yours — never sold, shared, or distributed
Encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
72-hour breach notification commitment
Beta features are confidential until public launch
LenderSpark may use anonymized aggregate data for product improvement
Full data export available at any time (CSV/JSON)

4. Term & Cancellation

Beta period: 3 months from onboarding date
After beta period, partner may continue at locked-in beta pricing or cancel
Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice
30 days to export your data after termination
If LenderSpark discontinues service: 60 days notice, full data export, pro-rata refund
